 The school was founded in 2007 as a resource for real estate investors to gain more knowledge about real estate as a whole and stay informed with industry trends. In 2018, the real estate academy was added to establish a higher level of professionalism in real estate industry among professionals as well as  knowledgeable investors.  

At 1st Choice Real Estate Academy, we offer 

Salespersons Pre-License courses and Broker Pre-License courses. 

We also offer post license courses, continuing education courses and professional development courses.

We offer courses in class at our Lawrenceville location. We also offer classes via Zoom and online for convenience. Our School is Arello and Idecc Certified for distant learning!
